Brett’s aim is to build health from the ground up, to focus on fundamental principles that enhance vitality, and to improve each and every person’s energy and well-being. He coaches people of all backgrounds, ages, and sizes on the foundations of a healthy lifestyle and the missing link to achieving anything you desire. He is also an avid runner and believes that we were all born to run.
Since the turn of the Millennium, Brett Sanders has been developing his own system of health-care techniques to help any person to achieve the body of their dreams, take control of their mind, and become more vital in the process. He is the author of the audio-book ’How To Avoid Genetic Diseases: It’s time to take responsibility for your health’.
Having worked in the fitness industry for his whole career, and obtaining world-class training at the C.H.E.K Institute in California, he has climbed the ladder and made his continued professional development his main focus. Brett is an avid writer, having articles published in The Epoch Times, Healthy and Organic Living magazine, and Men’s Health magazine. His next project is to release a multi-formatted learning experience on the fundamental principles of health, fitness and well-being.
Brett is married and has a baby daughter. When he’s not helping clients to change their lives he enjoys golf, drawing, playing music, exercising and surfing. He loves to read anything from updates in exercise and medical information, philosophy, spirituality and personal development, plus a good novel every now and then.
