Since I’ve been away from blogging for the last couple of months a lot has happened: America has a new President, the Chinese New Year of the Ox was celebrated, and David Beckham got his way earning obscene amounts of money in the process.
Whilst I am all for change in the world and welcome President Obama’s arrival, and I am equally very happy for David Beckham’s success I have also been trying to keep out of reading the news and keep my mind on more pressing things:
We ARE in the New Year of the Ox afterall… and that means that this is my year!!!!! 1985 was the year, and here we are again so I am determined to make the very most of it. What have I done so far?
I took a course and a new qualification in January that expanded on my current knowledge of the way the mind works and how to integrate both hemispheres of the brain for greater success and balance in all areas of life. This qualification now makes me a PSYCH-K Facilitator and I have been using the techniques in my own life successfully since the course, and also in many of my clients too. Everyone seems to love the information, the process, and the feeling that they get after it is completed!
Basically the process of PSYCH-K is re-programming the beliefs that are stored in the sub-conscious mind into empowering beliefs, as opposed to limiting ones! Now who would say no to that?? Not many people. If you are looking to get to the root cause of why you sabotage yourself and aren’t getting the results in your life, then this is it!!! If you want a FREE consultation go to the Contact section, send me a message and I will be happy to discuss your options with you.
What else has been happening for me?
I went to Bournemouth for my first ever surfing experience too, and needless to say it was quite flat coming round to this time of the year, so I got to try out stand-up paddle-boarding and I must say “I LOVED IT!” Every moment of it (however freezing cold!)! It was hard work, and I can now see a benefit for all those times I’ve practised standing on a Swiss Ball! And I got some good weather too so that was an added bonus for when I got out. I’ll definitely be going back to try out some more since I have a few more lessons I had for Christmas to use up. I’ll let you know about my progress and hopefully get some pictures up too.
I have booked my first holiday of the year and will be popping down to sunny Spain to visit my parents at the end of this month for a well-needed break. I am desperate to learn more Spanish than my Dad by the time I get there so any helpful tips on learning a new language would be great. Please leave a comment.
It will also be the first time my wife and I will be taking baby Tabby on a plane – wish us luck with that!!
On the subject of Tabby, she is growing up so fast! Rolling, nearly crawling, eating solids, babbling away nearly as much as her mum
Definitely enjoying every minute of having her in my life!
I also recently went to visit a man in Bath by the name of Zjelko Bozic who calls himself a Transformational Teacher, and I cannot recommend this guy enough! His diagnostic assessment on me was great and I am looking forward to working again with him in the future. If you have a challenging health issue that you are looking for an alternative approach into, then he is definitely the guy to go to!
Lastly, I have saved up a few posts from other Blogs that I am subscribed to and read on a regular basis. I hope you find some of them insightful. I’ve chosen to share them with my readers as I feel they can help us all in our self-development and health needs!

And my absolute favourite of the bunch:
What’s Your Super Power? on Seth’s Blog
My super power: “I give people more energy and help them to get their life back.”
What’s yours?? I’d love to know!
Enjoy reading and I’ll make sure I keep you all updated a little more frequently in the future so I don’t have to ramble on like this for too long again.
Brett.
